Data Protection Act Declaration

By signing this document:

1. I confirm that I have read the information headed ‘Uses of Data’ and agree that the information I have provided in this Application Form (and in any supporting documents) is true, correct, and complete and that no material facts have been withheld.
2. I agree that my personal data may be shared with any company from time to time forming part of the same Group as UK Mortgage Finder and with any third-party data processors, or agents, who will act on their behalf for the purposes of performing services for any company forming part of the MFS Group.
3. I agree that information on the performance of my account(s) may be shared with Credit Reference Agencies and may be used to assess future credit applications.
4. I agree that any sensitive information obtained will only be processed in order to provide the service requested.
5. I am entitled to disclose information about any co-applicant or guarantor and/or anyone else referred to by me, and to authorise MFS and other companies within the Group to disclose, process, and store such information, and to assess this application for the purposes of preventing and detecting money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
6. I understand that Data collected during this transaction will be processed in accordance with the current Data Protection Legislation.
7. I understand that I can withdraw my consent given to Market Financial Solutions (MFS), any other introducer, associated companies, or any person providing services to MFS at any time, but I understand that if I do this, MFS may not be able to continue to provide me with the services requested in this transaction.
8. I am mindful that if my personal data is processed or shared with any other third party for a purpose other than for which the data was originally collected, the third party will be a ‘Data Controller’ for all further processing and, subject to the rights of the data subject under Data Protection principles, is not further accountable to MFS.
9. I agree that further processing of my personal data for archiving purposes is not to be considered as incompatible with its initial purpose for which data was collected, processed, and stored.
